Noujan will be the first to admit she’s a bit of a workaholic, but when you love a fast-paced environment and getting things done, it comes with the territory. She loves the busy nature of property management and takes pride in making sure her landlords know their investments are in capable hands.

Since starting her career in Property Management in 2015, Noujan has built a reputation for being hardworking, approachable and someone her clients can genuinely rely on. And the hard work hasn’t gone unnoticed. Over the years, Noujan has achieved some major industry recognition, including being named Property Manager of the Year by Tenancy.co.nz, along with National and Regional Property Manager of the Year awards. These achievements reflect not only her experience, but the level of care, commitment and energy she brings to her role every day.
